I am writing this review to warn others about this company. If I could give Orkin and this particular branch zero stars I would. I recently arranged a pest inspection at my home with the Eaglerock branch as I observed multiple exit holes on my ceiling. The representative, Erik, performed the inspection. He agreed that the holes were not from termites, but likely from some other type of wood-destroying organism and that opening up the ceiling drywall is recommended to confirm the type of infestation.
