I called about a warranty issue and needed to schedule a service call. I called 3 times and was told that I would get a call back but never got one. I finally got a visit scheduled and they never showed up. I called to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and hung up. Complete waste of time and it looks like they won't stand behind their warranty.
Sally and Mark are wonderful, and I am so appreciative of their service. Thank you so much for taking such great care of your customers!
