Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with as a property owner. Orkin sent a technician to lay traps in my attic, but he was clearly untrained and unaware that walking all over the attic was unsafe. As a result, he fell through the ceiling, causing insulation dust, debris, and rodent contamination to spread throughout the bedroom, hallway, and even into the living room. Really fantastic customer service. Two of our sunshades were inadvertently damaged and a supervisor came out looked at them and within three days he had delivered replacements.
