Cory was outstanding!
I contacted them for an ant problem and they convinced me that the root cause is termites, so they sold me on a 5-year termite prevention plan. Over a year later, and this has done nothing to stop ants from pouring through the walls. After complaining, they came out to provide one single free ant treatment, but even this was ineffective and the ant problem has only slowed (temporarily) ... along with another few years of termite prevention.
