Fred did a fantastic job as usual he sprays and controls all of the areas around our house, he does a great job with all the different insects and takes care of any issues. I would recommend Fred and heartbeat.
I would NOT even give them 1 star because of problems I've had with inspections. Would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I would make sure that no one uses them for any of their services. I've had this"problem for several years, that doesn't get rectified. They were supposed to contact me to set up an appointment for inspection because my tenants sleep during the day and I will not disturb them. Orkin has been constantly reminding of this and they continue to disrespect my wishes, even tho they promised me several times ... read more
Fred was very experienced and thorough with applying pesticides to get rid of my ants. He was very considerate of safe application because of my dog.
Second time I've called to use their service. Though, to me, it seemed pricy, I'm not sure what the comparison w/b, and the service was thorough and good.
Robert has been very flexible with my schedule changes. I appreciate the great customer service.
