Jakkar was awesome, explained everything in great detail. Recommended replacement baits and reasons for replacement. There were no questions left unanswered
Marquay was very professional and friendly. He checked each trap and replaced the bait if he had to. He called to see if someone was home and arrived at the time that I was told.
