Max is very knowledgeable and provided great service. He explained every step of the way and we also discussed the billing cycles. He covered many questions that I had to make sure that I was well informed.
They got rid of my rodents
So far, I’m not impressed whatsoever. They’ve told us three different prices multiple times. They auto-charged the wrong amount to our card, refunded it, and then decided it was going to be 50% more than what it was originally. After the first visit, they decided they wanted to come back the next week. This is supposed to be month-to-month service, and they said every 30 days. I’m not paying you once a week to come out.
