I was an Orkin customer for several years with their Manassas location.. They started out great but then they had employees leave the company and I was told by one of their employees that they scheduled too many appointments in one day and there was no way they could complete them all. Then they would show up late or would have to reschedule for another day after I waited all day for them to show up.
