Aaron, our pest control tech always did an excellent job.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by this branch. Despite a confirmed March 20th morning appointment, the technician failed to show up or provide an ETA. While a manager eventually rescheduled the visit for that afternoon, the follow-through remains unacceptable. The inspector was thorough and promised a formal statement of work for the recommended attic remediation (insulation, sanitization, and sealing) by the following day. I have received nothing. Corina is my new assigned extermination tech and she was just wonderful to meet and talk too! I could tell immediately that she was a people’s person with excellent customer service skills because I have the same personality. Corina was very thorough when doing the general extermination service and offered to come back if I have any issues afterwards. She provided top quality customer service!
