Orkin has been literally the best company! Specifically our tech that comes out (Joanne) has been responsive , professional and will explain every thing that is being done in a way a simple consumer that has no knowledge about pest control understand. She's super! I contacted her for an emergency treatment she got back to me within a few hours and was scheduling me for the same day! Customer service is a HUGE thing lots of companies lack and she is a 10/10. Give her a raise Orkin.
