Tony was amazing so professional punctual too I would absolutely recommend
I have cancelled Orkin because of them not showing up as scheduled. Twice I have sent employees away who arrived after I cancelled service. Today I called and was told I could not cancel without managements agreement. I'm never going back them now.
TERRIBLE. No other word to describe our experience with Orkin. From the second I made the first phone call down to the last phone call to cancel service. The only good thing they have going for them is that they have very friendly and personable staff that come to the home. Starting off, calling the phone number listed for the branch closest to our home I was transferred to a call center unbeknownst to me.
