Today was just the initial inspection. The rep was knowledgeable, professional and arrived at the scheduled time. My last name was misspelled (an issue created by the person who initially took my call a couple of days ago - the rep today said he would get that corrected). More later once the treatment has been done.
Joe is a great technician very knowledgeable willing to describe what he is doing to solve any issues along with suggestions of follow up if needed.
Brett was on time and very efficient.
