The only reason they get 1 star is because the gentleman who actually came to our home to provide the service was spectacular and went above and beyond. Orkin as a company has severe problems with scheduling, billing, communication and price transparency. Additionally when you try to cancel, the agents try to get you to reschedule instead. I had to say specifically to cancel 4 times before the lady actually cancelled. Avoid them and go with a small business instead.

Always good and prompt service. Service people are always friendly, love the notification of appointments, arrivals and completion.
Always courteous, respectful of property and very friendly. If we need to change the date or time, they are very accommodating.
