I was considering canceling service due to the short amount of time previous technician spent at my home usually 15 min . However, today, the technician spent over 40 minutes. He actually performed treatment / cleaning where i could tell work was performed. He also advised me on getting ready for winter and areas where mice may try to enter.
It’s been one week to Tomorrow since I requested my refund and left a message with the girl that answered the phone. She said since it was Labor Day week, someone wouldn’t call me back for a little while, but it would be this week. Never happened. I explained they have a satisfaction guarantee, and I wanted my money back because the problem is not resolved.
