Quentin was awesome. He explained everything, was very thorough and helpful.
I have a rodent issue in my basement and yard, I was very upset about it and overwhelmed in how to treat it. I called and they came the same day, explained the process thoroughly, were respectful and kind, made a plan of action and executed treatment the same day. I feel relieved to begin the process and feel confident in the approach to remedy my a situation, esp with the guarantee and follow up appointments and treatment plan.
Great professionalism Friendly Very through work
The gentleman who came for my initial appointment (Spencer) is fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of my house, congenial and more importantly, incredibly calming! (I was nervous!) We'll see how things work out going forward but I'm pleased with the service and would recommend Orkin to anyone in need.
