I called Friday afternoon about a mouse issue and spoke with a guy who scheduled me for Saturday between 12–2 PM. I rearranged my entire room and moved a lot of things around to prepare for the visit, only for no one to show up. There was no call, no text, no update—nothing. John C is an amazing person and worker. He has been to our apartment for a few months now over a few issues, John has brought my feelings up again about Orkin, as I had a guy first who was very unfriendly and didn't do much of anything but demanded what he wanted moved etc all of the time.
