We have lived here just at 1 year.. the mgmt staff has always been Professional. They are very friendly and attentive to any questions or issues we have had. Definitely feel like your home when come home. The grounds are kept up very well...and the pool is a great hang out in the Summer!
moved to Orion Apartments 980 Coit Rd in August same management one is an apartment and one is town homes with garages. I reported a water leak and water damage in October. it's raining today my window seals and blinds are wet and there is a puddle by my bed. I went into leasing office twice last week and told the asst Manager about window she said maintenance would be here. The whole week has passed and maintenance has not been here. We have recently moved here. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
An excellent living choice. I moved in 2013 the property is always well-maintained and very attractive, the staff is responsive and friendly and I like that the community is quiet and safe
