I have been living here for several years now and all I can say is that Orion Prosper Lakes is a very nice place to live. I enjoy all the amenities here and the most important thing is, I always feel secure. Also our new manager Amanda Porche is a very nice person, someone you can count with, and John omg is a sweet heart, and Ashley and Lori all are very nice. Definitely all our new management team are awesome 😎 They always willing to help. I truly recommend Orion Prosper Lakes Apartments. You have to live here. ♥️

Great place to bring your family to live in. Staff is friendly and supportive. Rent is affordable or they will work with you to make it that way. They seem to care about you a lot by their actions. Highly recommend this town home rental complex!
I love living here, amenities are great, speed bumps for the safety of our children when they come home from school. The place around it is growing a lot, lots of new places near it. Always quiet, nice green areas to walk and enjoy the day.
Great place to live!! Have been here just over a year, well maintained, friendly and attentive staff, maintenance issues are handled in a very timely manner. The gym, pool area is really nice!! The lake and stream are very pretty, great biking, walking path..love that!! Safe, quiet community located within walking distances to an elementary and middle school, with a new high school being built nearby. Highly recommend!!

Orion Prosper Lakes Apartments is a great place to live if you are a fan of doggos. The bark park will knock your socks off and your furry little friend is sure to find itself furry little friends. Another great benefit of living in this community is the constant defense of speed bumps. Never again will I live in fear of my speed bump being taken from in front of my home.
