I go to Orion's motorsports all the time and I have great customer service.I have even purchased a bike there and quite a few accessories I would recommend anybody looking for a great bike at a great price to try there. I am very satisfied and I would highly recommend anybody to go there
Rude Unless your buying a motorcycle the owner doesn't seem to have time to talk to you. I tried to ask him a few questions about repairing my motorcycle and he acted like it was too much trouble and told me to ask the employees up front. After that happened, another customer showed up and wanted to look at a motorcycle for sale, he had no problem at all helping him. Bad Business I purchased a motorcycle from Orion's in Januarty and the speedometer does not work. He kept my bike for 3 weeks and it still is not repaired. I would not recommend doing business with Orion Motorsports, the customer service is horrible and the service is bad.
Outstanding in all respects I took my custom bike to the Orion Motorsports location on North Monroe and met with James, the manager. This guy flat out knows his business. They handled an entire list of problems I was having in only several hours and the bike runs flawlessly now. Where in the world can you go these days and come across someone who's never seen or worked on your bike and yet hit the mark 100% with diagnosis of the problem and fast resolution.
Good place for used bikes I have bought two used bikes from Orion and had next to no trouble out of either one. One of the bikes I gave a trade for. They gave me a very fair credit on the trade vehicle. The deals there are so good I doubt I'll ever buy a new bike again, after buying 7 in the past few years. They are a little disorganized in parts department but never are dishonest and do eventually find what you need.
