Bought a bike from them, went on a 2 minute casual ride and the chain broke. Called them up, told me it was my fault and basically told me to kick rocks without any offer of compensation or any kind of resolve. The incompetent person who answered the phone does not know how to speak to a costumer or understand the principle of the situation. I don't know how these guys have such good reviews. Oh yeah, and they scam you for shipping on their already marked up bike prices.
