Take care when going here. The majority of the staff are relatively new to the field and are prone to making beginner mistakes. Like projecting onto their patients and attempting to get me to accept a diagnosis under duress. The therapy here was useful, but that's because I've learned to take what I need and leave everything else. Never had that good of a feeling coming in. Very friendly staff, comfortable waiting room, and therapists give you space to safely share your thoughts and feelings. Emma has helped me and my fiance tremendously on our journey together. She's an amazing listener and has given us lifelong tools we plan to use to improve the emotional wellbeing of my soon to be marriage. Thank you Emma!
Environment has been super friendly with everyone in the waiting room! Free drinks there! And I want to give a shout out to Nathan Graber!! He went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was applied when I didn't know all the details!!
Very friendly staff! Receptionist is patient and understanding with schedule changes and insurance questions. Very knowledgeable and considerate therapists 10/10 recommend Waiting room is also very comfy!!
I have been going to Karri for years now. When I say she’s helped me change my life around, that’s to say the least. My ways of coping, ability to re-route my thoughts, and view of myself have all changed, for the better. I couldn’t be more thankful. I also wanted to mention Alan, he answered the phone for me a couple times, and he goes above and beyond with his kindness, and genuine care in what he does.
