Inconsiderate of long-time customers
Went in for eye exam. Everyone was friendly and my appointment was on time. The eye doctor was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my eyes. No sales pressure to purchase anything either.
Very professional and nice staff, from the moment I walked in. They explain everything they’re doing as they’re doing it and help you each step of the way
It was easy to schedule my first exam here. The office was kindly able to accommodate a schedule change for me when I was unexpectedly done with work several hours before the appointment! I know I probably just got lucky but still really appreciate it. Dr. Hemann was very professional & provided some info about my vision I hadn’t considered before which I really liked.
