Absolutely amazing cuts of meat!
Great service, reasonable prices
its difficult to find beef heart in this town for some reason, but i was glad to find it here. it was my first time here & im not sure if this is regular procedure, but the little old guy helping me was touching my product with his bare hands. it kinda grossed me out, & theres other ways to handle meat like with the bag it goes in itself or asking the butcher in the back to borrow a set of disposable gloves, because they were wearing them back there. maybe thats being dramatic, but if i ran that place, id have everyone weari... read more
Out of this world meat market. Quality products and friendly staff.
I have bought several side of beef packages, 1/4 sides and 1/2 sides. They are so great and easy to work with. I have definitely challenged them with what I wanted and they did just a fantastic job with everything I wanted and didn't want. I appreciate all the work they've done for me. Thank you so much for your time and patience with all the hard work.
