The rolls are to die for!!! – Great service there was a ballon shaper guy there for my child and everyone was very friendly. It felt like i went to a good old country bar where it didn't matter if you had great manners you were still given great service! and because it was a little nosie my child who is 18mo was not a problem there at all!!
Great steak, NOT at all kid friendly... – Well when it comes to steak I don't think you could get much better... As for service, you would have better luck with Mcdonalds... I am a single parent with three kids... I took my disabled mother and two of my kids to the roadhouse for lunch (you know where you throw peanuts on the floor)... Peanut Throwing Chain – The Roadhouse Grill chain has been alive and well in the west coast for quite some time now, but what some folks fail to remember is that they also have great steaks too. Sure, its a franchise and yes, it is spendy for Salem standards, but its still a place that is like no other in the area. The service has always been festive and fun, attentive and friendly. Peanuts on the floor! – This place is lots of fun and has great food. My family went here recently with a large group and they were great. The food was very good, though a bit pricy. Drinks came in jars, the lemonade is excellent. Our waitress was on top of it for the most part. In the end, everyone left full and happy, and only a few peanut throwing mishaps occured.
Best food anywhere – I absolutely love this restaurant. Everytime someone new visits me from out of town I take them to the Roadhouse. Not only do they have great steak, but their biscuits and salad are also excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, the service is wonderful and they make great drinks. I would recommend this restaurant highly to anyone.
Everything Nice – Roadhouse Grill has been a favorite place for me and my family since I was in high school. I would go there with my family once a month or so, and with my youth group on Wednesday nights after church. The service was ALWAYS great! I love the atmosphere as well! And where else can you go and toss your peanut shells on the floor? Certainly not at my house! I love the value, the food is wonderful, and the service rocks!
best steak in town..... – Hearty portions, great steak,ribs and salads. You won't be disappointed in the drinks either. You definitly get you moneys worth. The only problem is that is gets very busy, so plan on waiting a good 30. - 60. min. at night.
