Went last night for dinner. Worst service ever. Didn't check on us once. Got us dinks and disappeared. Her name was Amanda B. Also we made reservations for 5:30 for table of 9. We're called and asked to come at six. No problem. When we got there there was a table of about 12. So I see why they changed it. We all ordered. Amanda came back about 15 minutes later to tell us they ran out of baked potatoes. How does a steak house run out of potatoes at 6 pm. I got pulled pork sandwich. It was so mushy could not eat it. Sent back deducted from bill. My server amanda b was bad not once did she come see if everything was good or if we needed anything. We had a bday party of 9. I will not go back.
We had the best time with wonderful family and great food
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had! We were in the restaurant for over three hours and they managed to mess everything up! I ordered the prime rib and shrimp for the Mother's Day special and they ran out of prime rib. Ordered a different steak and the cooks used lighter fluid for seasoning. I had to get up and refill my own drinks multiple times. Service was complete shit and every single order was wrong. Flys buzzing around everywhere.
