THIS Comany has the worst customer service MR GREG BATES as number one. Refuses to tak to customer on phone when requested. Tells salesman to tell me he wont make it right. .Id have given MINUS if I could! PURCHASED PARTS and they are trash El Camino ashtray that I received with wrong parts in it! They sent out an April 1 advertisement saying free shipping over $250 and double points with no Asterix nothing showing any kind of restrictions. I made my order at night time just before they closed. I noticed there was shipping when I tried calling them. They had been closed for three minutes. I called first thing the next morning and they told me it would take 5 to 6 weeks to get my refund for something that was ordered and canceled within an hour of their business hours. My experience. First call was great, lady took time to understand parts on back order i would need to cancel due to needing quickly. First call had my order no question of order number had all information.Next call guy hung up on me after I gave him my order number. Called back to wait in que again and guy answered and I told him I wanted to make sure the back order parts was cancelled due to lady I talked to said she had to wait until other parts shipped to cancel. Received a poor quality item. When I requested to to return the item, I was told I have to pay for return shipping. I asked why do I have to pay for return shipping if it says free returns? The guy said "I don't make the rules" then hung up on me.
