They sent out an April 1 advertisement saying free shipping over $250 and double points with no Asterix nothing showing any kind of restrictions. I made my order at night time just before they closed. I noticed there was shipping when I tried calling them. They had been closed for three minutes. My experience. First call was great, lady took time to understand parts on back order i would need to cancel due to needing quickly. First call had my order no question of order number had all information.Next call guy hung up on me after I gave him my order number. Called back to wait in que again and guy answered and I told him I wanted to make sure the back order parts was cancelled due to lady I talked to said she had to wait until other parts shipped to cancel. Received a poor quality item. When I requested to to return the item, I was told I have to pay for return shipping. I asked why do I have to pay for return shipping if it says free returns? The guy said "I don't make the rules" then hung up on me.
I cancelled an order on 2/19/26. Current date is 3/26/26 and I still haven't received a refund. The last time I spoke with customer service which was 3/19/26 asking about the refund I was told "just continue to wait". Five weeks from the date I cancelled the order and still waiting for a refund seems a little excessive. I've called a total of three times in five weeks and they just keep telling me to "just keep waiting". I've ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past but after this experience I'm not sure I'll be ordering... read more
Ordered some parts from this place and they were the wrong color so returned them. A month later still not received my money back called them and they informed me it would take 3-6 weeks for me to get my money back when it only took them a minute to take it from me. Plus I had to pay double to ship it back then when I got them delivered.
