Horrible place to buy a car. STAY. FAR. AWAY. 85 ONE STAR REVIEWS!! -Something to be proud of. Owner is a rude, shady, street hustler, most likely on drugs. Went in to look at a 2013 Crosstrek. 1st time I went in with my mother (we are Native), no real customer service, just told to find it in the garage. Went in with my Step-Dad a couple days later (he is White) and got great customer service. Step-Dad asked if there was room for negotiation and the salesman said there is plenty or room. The owner is an arrogant jerk. I bought a car from there and the car was dead in 2 weeks later. He's a genius about your trade-in but is dumb when it comes to the car he's selling. I wouldn't buy air from this company. Buyer beware!

STAY AWAYYY!!! I had my eye on a vehicle and even tho I saw all the bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and check it out. Wasn’t really greeted, just let us roam around and look at all the cars (not many) and didn’t really tend to us. I asked if I could test drive the car and bring it to a shop near by (Midas in EP) to have an inspection. He said “sure! Great experience today! My husband and I went in just to look and walked out with a new vehicle! Very impressed with customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Called prior to coming to look to ensure hours were the same as posted due to COVID and got a friendly vibe right from the beginning.
I wanted to take a moment and share the wonderful experience I had with Walt at Original Owners Auto. I saw the listing on cars.com and called to see if the car was still available. Walt answered the phone and was kind enough to go over the car for me while he was on the phone. He took detailed pictures and text them to me. Please do not buy from them. I am lucky and got a mechanic to inspect the car before I bought it. They said that it had passed their inspection and was a good clean car. At my mechanic shop they found lots and lots of issues with the car including a header that has been bashed in and rear brakes that were completely gone. There was oil leaks in about four spots and the car looked like it had been bottomed out. When I informed them of this they told me I needed to find a better mechanic.
Possibly by returning calls.... First dealer I have ever dealt with that doesn't return calls to possible buyers. Usually they wait until a purchase before avoiding customers.
