We are in town for the San Jose Summer Jazz Fest. This is our third meal in town and ALL and at the famous Original Joe's. We asked for Vic, our wonderful server from yesterday's breakfast. Love OJ's and our preferred servers Vic and Jay. OJ's is proven with quality of service and food.
Been here over ten times, never had a bad meal and love love the bartender, he is a silver haired doll!
Old school since 1955. Looking at the reviews I was a bit skeptical if we should even eat here, but I wondered why is it so busy on both days that I walked by it. We arrived on a Friday evening and requested a table for four, it was a 20 minute wait. I ordered the Mostacioli pasta, other pasta dish, salad, and garlic bread. My girls loved the garlic bread and that pasta dish that was recommended by the waiter was delicious.
When anyone ask me, "where is a Great Restaurant " I always say Original Joe's! Even if you have to waite for a table, go hang out in the bar! Great astomphere in there too
When I was a little girl, my Mom use to go out to Dinner at Original Joe's and always bring back food to share with us (her children), we would love for her to go to Original Joe's. She brought back Prawns and Spaghetti and French Bread. We Loved It. So once I grew up and finally made it there, me and a friend, I ordered the same thing. It was still delicious, with the lemon slices, for the prawns. Mmmmmm, I Thank My Mom, she always done the best for her children. So happy Original Joe's is still here and Open.
