I traveled to California from the East Coast for a wedding. 2 hours before said wedding, I noticed a custom shirt I needed to wear was missing several buttons after being dry cleaned. Original Hems was able to quickly replace the buttons to allow me to make it to the wedding on time, all for a very fair price. Not the type to leave a review but after this excellent service, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much Original Hems!
If you’re thinking about visiting Hems Etc., do yourself a favor and reconsider. I’ve had some pretty frustrating experiences at various stores, but this place takes the cake for sheer incompetence and disregard for customers. First off, the prices here are absurdly high. I’ve shopped at places like Men’s Wearhouse and other suit stores that offer much better value for your money. I can't say enough about Eric, Bella and Stephanie ar Original Hems in Santa Ana. I am 6'10" with long arms and because of Eric and his team, I am able to have nice clothes that fit. They are talented, creative and honest. Lastly they do great work. Tailoring is such an important piece of our clothing and they have never disappointed me. I have been going there since they open and whatever $ they charge is way worth it.
