After the factory delivered 3.2L 5 cylinder P5AT engine in my 2021 Ranger XLT left the chat at ~61,000km (less than 1000km after the transmission failed! Suspect mechanics assisted in the failure), Ford diagnosed a failed engine requiring replacement. Unlike other OEM’S Ford Australia utilises Original Engines Co to remanufacture failed engines and these are then fitted to your Ford under warranty.
