Purchasing experience was great, but I purchased a vehicle March 2023 and was told upon purchasing that the only thing that was wrong with the vehicle was that the radio screen needed to be replaced and that they would do so within a week. It is almost a year later and I still haven’t gotten a response as to when my screen will be replaced and every time I call I always get told they are working on it or I’ll get a call back and they never call back!!
