BEST SAUSAGES!!! – I have been coming to this place for 7 years and it is still my absolute favorite place! I lived right around the corner by Metzger school and my dad took me out to lunch wanting to eat something near by. So we decide this white building with a blue roof that had an open sign. Meats are wonderful – This place has excellent weiners! Very fresh tasting and just scrumptious. We bought 1 pound and ate them up very quickly.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! – I used to buy meat exclusively at Whole Foods, New Seasons or Costco (choosing only organic from Costco and organic or at least all-natural meats from WF & NS). However, after a friend recommended the Original Bavarian Sausage (OBS) market/restaurant to me, I went in and asked OBS about their meat and learned that it has a 3 day max refrigerator shelf-life, as it contains no preservatives. YUUUUK! – So I gave them another chance...... wow so bad!!! Bought a Fleischsalat , tasted like it was made with old sausage, the bratwurst had a slimy film on it, the cream horn the whipping cream was hard . At this point I'm scarred to try the potato salad...... I done there this will be reported!!!!
Guten Appetit! – What are you waiting for? If you are into really good German sausage, beer other goodies, this place is a must try. Eat inside or out on the deck. Total German deli, great place.
The real deal! – Quality, authentic sausage and meats, much of it made by the owner. Very reasonable prices on their meats.
