Woke up this morning to a failed hot water heater. Reached out to Fort Collins Heating & Air (Origin PHC&E) and fortunately Adam Barker was able to be dispatched to our home. Upon arrival, we discussed the situation we had going on. We wanted a tankless W/H and he said, "I can do that today". He put together the bid and we signed and he immediately got started. Cameron was fantastic. He called me before to notify me he was coming. He surveyed what had to be done. Got the job done quickly and effectively and had a very pleasant way about him. Great job!
Damian came over to review some items from a home inspection I had done. He reviewed every item with me and helped me to come up with an action to get the issues resolved. While he was here, he repaired a water leak in a shower head stem and got my refrigerator water supply valve ready for a new unit. I appreciate polite, professional and knowledgeable technicians and Damian exemplified that. I'll have Origin back to do some equipment installs!
