I had my first postpartum massage with Kristen Rich at Origin Health, and it was such a wonderful experience. I’m about 3 months postpartum after a C-section and was having a lot of pain and tightness, especially in my lower back, shoulders, and right side. Kristen listened to my concerns, explained everything, and adjusted the treatment to make sure I was comfortable throughout the massage.
