AVOID AVOID AVOID! This review is specifically about the interaction with one employee working the front desk. She is the older woman with short hair. Everyone else was professional, helpful, and very courteous. Are a long drive into town we were ready to check into our room. We pulled to the front and received information on where to temporarily park while we check in and to get a parking pass. That's when it went downhill fast...
