Very thorough and caring provider who really cares about her patients and is as kind as they come. All my experiences with her have been very pleasant and I highly recommend her!!
Dr Julien is my PCP. She is knowledgeable, her bedside manners are impeccable, she listens and does not rush your visit. I HIGHLY recommend her if you are with Kaiser. You will not REGRET your choice.
