Great experience all around. Easy to communicate with and they are prompt to reply. They did exactly as they promised from pickup of dirty area rugs to delivery of sparkling clean rugs. I have a couple of expensive handwoven silk rugs and was a little nervous! Would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend.
