They were excellent in cleaning my rug! The rug had gotten extremely dirty due to a pipe burst in my apartment while I was out on vacation. It was a custom tufted rug that had been discontinued, so I wanted to get it well taken care of. It came back cleaner than it’s ever been.
Darmany did an exceptional job cleaning a half dozen of my Persian and Turkish rugs. They were even able to remove a stain from my Turkish rug that no other rug cleaners said they could remove! The rugs were delivered free of charge.
These guys are amazing. Not only did they remove evidence of our wild and crazy dogs, they taught us how to properly care for our oriental rugs. They're made to last (possibly) centuries so they're a great resource for young couples who've had these rugs passed down from their parents. They’ve also got a great selection of rugs for sale!
Darmany cleaned and restored my parents rug that I grew up and played on as a kid. His crew treated our rug like an art piece. The rug looks 30 years younger and it feels great. He does good work.
I'm so happy that I found this place! Hands down best rug cleaning company. I found who I thought was a professional company to clean a high end rug at my house and I thought they ruined it and they made the stains worse and didn't even get out the stains that were there. But then I brought it here and Darmany made it like new and totally fixed what had been done. Service was fast, super professional, and most importantly I have my rug back like new. Will absolutely be bringing my rugs here in the future. Thank you!!
