Oriental Apartments has long been considered one of the finest examples of 1920’s multifamily architecture in Portland. Placed on the National Historic Register of Historic Places, it was built in 1926 by Curtis A. Gardner. I lived here for a couple years, very calm environment. Good neighbors. Parking is not bad, they even offer a few garages. I did have a cer broken into while parked right outside my window, but stuff happens.
Looks fantastic for being built in 1926. Very calm nice, school close and neighborhood is beautiful.
