Purchased a set of fork seals and wipers and was sent the wrong product. The size wiper was clearly incorrect and was a careless mistake by their shipping department. For a company who claims to care so much about getting the correct parts sent out and requiring multiple confirmations about what machine you are ordering parts for, they sure dropped the ball.
