I can't give these buffoons less than one star but if I could, I would. Nonexistent customer service in my case. I feel there is a lack of transparency and honesty as I got delay after delay, we forgot to order this, forgot to order and bulb for the headlight etc etc I really have concerns about the safety of the car based on all of this. They come off as clowns who are unprofessional. It seems to me when they take double the time they promised that they don't know what they are doing. I don't know any other way to take it
Zero attention to detail... and I gave them two different opportunities! Customers shouldn't have to return for additional services due to OBVIOUS oversights. Furthermore, service advisors should follow up and send the customers the information they request. They act nice when you drop off the car, but then treat you like a problem once they have your $.
