Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. They do have a couple excellent technicians but the owner is rude and treats both staff and customers with zero respect. Its cramped, and just doesn't feel professional.
Not a good experience at all. Mimi was in a rush when doing my nails. The way she handled my nails was very aggressive. She hurt me quite a bit. I was not satisfied. I did not want to tip and the male owner looks at you angrily.
I had one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this was honestly unacceptable. I took my mom to get a pedicure. I explained that she needed acrylic on one of her toenails but without the nail tips they usually use. The lady doing the pedicure spoke very little English, which I respect, so I tried explaining it a few times so there wouldn’t be confusion.
