I was walk in and was told the wait time is 15min. I waited for 30mins and when asked, I was told to wait another 15. Could’ve told me it going to take an hour wait instead of wasting my time. No apology for extended wait time was given.
They’re always great! My nails are perfect, they have a great selection of colors, and i never have to wait long!
Best place ever. Staff are kind and proffessional, cleanliness superb, amazing services friendly, top notch place in Austin.
