I came in expecting a relaxing manicure and pedicure, but I left feeling like I had been scammed. I specifically asked for the basic manicure and pedicure advertised for $55. Somehow, by the time I checked out, my total came to $138. How does a $55 service turn into $138 with virtually no explanation?
