Visited today, as a walk in, it was warmly greeted and quickly taking care of. Lee (not sure of the spelling) did a great job on my nails, quick and precise helping me in my decision for color. I am super happy with the job she did, and we'll definitely be returning.
I went in for builder gel because several of my coworkers get builder gel (at other salons) as it is supposed to last a long time. They pay around $50. I was charged $80 here, and that wasn't including the tip that I wish I hadn't left. Mind you, I had no extra designs on the nails, just plain red polish. The builder gel started separating from my nails after only 3 days. I soaked it off because I was not comfortable going back and complaining. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! IF YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Wow Where do I even start just a teenager girl who wanted to go and get her nails done I called them I told her I needed an acrylic fill with gel and I already had almond shaped nails and I asked her how much that would cost she told me $40 so I told her great I could be there in 10 minutes when I got to the salon they had me pick my color and then she told me I was gonna be with this guy and he walked over and I was seated He didn’t really talk s... read more
Extremely rude. Nail tech got mad when I told him nails were done at a different place. Terrible experience I will never go back.
My daughter called and got a price for a fill and was quoted $40. After they did her nails they charged her $45 . She thought that they included the tip so she just paid and went to leave. They guy however pointed to he tip sign repeatedly and then told her to just leave. I have never been anywhere where they blatantly ask for a tip like this! She called me almost in tears as she was embarrassed because other people were in there as well. I will never do business here. What a horrible way to treat your clients who are there ... read more
