It’s clear this place doesn’t understand the purpose of a reservation. I booked an appointment for a pedicure at 3:30pm, and although it was busy when I arrived, I was sure they would not have taken my appointment if they did not have anyone available. Unfortunately, I then waited 45 minutes without a single check-in, offer of a drink, or reassurance that someone would be with me soon. Eventually, I put my shoes back on and left. Disappointing, especially since I used to really enjoy coming here.

I stopped in last minute before vacation. My pedicure was amazing. Hanna did a great job accomodating my needs and majing me feel comfortable. She did not skip a step or speed up the pedicure process even though we stayed 20 past closing. Great people. Great Service. Relaxing Atmosphere. Cant wait to come back with more time to rejuvinate.

Very beautiful nail salon. Staff were professional and communicated well. Overall, I had a really good experience, but just make sure you're super clear about what you want. I'll put my nails and the picture I brought.
