KA Average to low average skill for ridiculously high prices. Highly suggest reviewing Georgetown's Aveda spa instead. Good cut - but color abilities are marginal to average (too much "burgandy", left heavy streaks in highlights) and they charge $35+ for a mans/boys cut and charged me $150 for a partial (top only) highlight and cut on shoulder length hair... that is about 40% more than any other Aveda salon I've been to, and this place is a basic retail shop without any high-level skill.
Very Nice Salon I think that the nasty reviews on here are completely untrue and RUDE. This salon is very clean and the staff is very very polite and helpful. Ive been going there for almost half a year and they have always gone out of their way to make sure my experience was as pleasant as possible. I think some people on here are having some personal issues and are trying to make the salon sound bad. Just drive by, walk in and see for yourself. Don't let some stranger make your decision for you!
Organic Hair & Beauty is wonderful I feel for the unhappy client below but I must say My experiance with Organics was far different! I was greeted very friendly on the phone the salon in my openion was very clean and smelled wonderful (like AVEDA) the staff was very welcoming and my stylist Mandy did a terrific job on my cut and color! I have a lot of hair and wanted to go from my over bleached out straw like do, to something new and updated Mandy did just that! Feel Conned! I went to this salon originally for my hair. They did a great job with it, but the price tag was incredible. But, I did like the result so I went again and this time I signed up for a facial. Misty did a great job and I bought into the whole "organic" face and age reduction package. The thing is, I figured Aveda would stand behind their product and if it didn't work, then I would be able to return it. Misty insisted that I use the products for 6 weeks before I would see any result. 8 weeks later, my blemishes ar... read more
Fabulous Beauty Secret in Round Rock! I am picky about my very straight hair. When I requested NO chemicals on my hair, she happily complied - and even started researching ways she could help me. When I requested ONLY freshly sharpened scissors be used on my hair, she set aside a pair after every sharpening. She also offers THREADING, a chemical-free alternative to waxing. And fabulous chemical-free facials. It is a requirement that every hair stylist is trained in Toni & Guy techniques and style.
Not Worth It Agree with KA's assessment. Basic skill level, and below average coloring and highlighting skills. Extremely overpriced for the skill level, location, and atmosphere. It is not inviting, staff is not very warm or friendly.
