So let me start by saying... Wow. I'm not someone who is big on writing reviews but when it's warranted then I will absolutely do so. I found her at Wiregrass mall today.. they were having an arts and crafts event . Anywho she was the first table I hit. I never stop for food but the word ORGANIC got me. I am not a fan of banana bread, but this banana bread is completely different, and I have become completely addicted. Sophia makes it with and without chocolate chips and walnuts--I love the banana bread with both chocolate chips and walnuts. You can buy more than a loaf at a time and freeze it (and I have). You can give it as a hostess gift if you can bring yourself to give it away. And she is so nice!
I always stop at the Farmers Market at the Wiregrass Mall. Sophia has the best banana nut raisin bread I have had since my grandma was still alive. Highly recommended. 💜💜💜
The coconut cinnamon bread was amazing, and looking forward to trying all of the others! Sophia is very friendly and helpful as well.
cookies and bread were very delicious 😋 I just enjoyed a cookie with a glass of milk before writing this review haha.
