El doctor es muy bueno pero cuando llegas te preguntan a que farmacia quieres que te mandaen el medicamento y no inporta la que uno opine ellas la mandan a la famacia que ellos quieres y tambien me an dado medicamento que no es para mi hija confunden las resetas y me a tocado que me den de otra persona ejemplo como gotas para infecion de oido cuando la llevastes por una gripe
I see so many bad reviews on this doctor so I decided to give it a try regardless. The man indeed talks as if he was rude but in reality knowing Monterrey people that’s exactly how he speaks not rude but manly. He has been seeing my daughter now for 16 months now and I got to say, he has calm my anxieties
I've been coming here for the past 10 years, recently the receptionists take forever to get anything done. I called to schedule an appointment and they answered pretty quick just to put me on hold for 10 minutes, who knows how long if i hadnt hanged up. It was a phone call that takes tops 3 minutes. Receptionists have improved alot, I love the PAs, I love the doctor.
I do not recommend this pediatric office at all. My daughter is a pending Medicaid patient, which means under Medicaid guidelines she cannot be charged while waiting for her Medicaid number. I confirmed directly with Medicaid that it can take up to three months to receive her own Medicaid number, and this is written in their guidelines.
