Woooww!! I am super excited, happy and proud to be moving into my new community home building at Orenda. Cladia was such a great professional help by giving me a tour of the building and its amenities. My favorite part of the tour was the clean Gym and rooftop with working grill and flat top that I'm excited to use. I also loved the cleanliness of the outdoor doggy area and lobby area. I walked in today to tour their two bedroom options and was helped by Claudia. She was not only helpful and informative about my options and the process but was she was super friendly and had great energy. I had been keeping an eye on this property and hope to be able to move in around September. The home I toured was almost new it didn’t seemed to have been lived in before and the lobby was cleaned and smelled nice. I look forward to selecting my new home here.

It's a small apartment, it does what it needs to do. But honestly, they are really too small if you're not by yourself. The pet pad on the seventh floor always smells. They really should replace the turf. But they cleaned the carpets. Parking is okay. One of the elevators may go out every now and then. If you move to Seattle, get a PO box. You have to go out into the hallway to hear someone's TV playing at maximum volume. Otherwise, it's about as quiet as nothing going on outside. You'll be down the street from the polic... read more

Cameras don’t work, and packages get stolen 24/7. The community manager hates her job, employees, and residents, and you will never get a response from her. The only one who will help to the best of her ability is one female in the office. Parking is $275 a month, with no utilities included in rent. Nothing works on the rooftop except one grill. I’ve lived here for about two years, and I get to tell you this is place is great. Super happy with the level of cleanliness, the services, the gym, bike area, the mail box room, the lounge, and the staff! The staff are super friendly, professional, and responsive. And without exaggerating I feels like I’m in a big family here. I’ve attached a few photos I took from the lounge area, the roof of the building, isn’t stunning? ❤️ So please, if you are a terrible person don’t move here lol
