My husband and I recently moved out of Orenda after living there for a couple of years. We were responsible residents—always paying rent on time and following all property policies. During our time there, we had a good relationship with Claudia and the rest of the staff. However, our experience took a negative turn after our lease ended. Woooww!! I am super excited, happy and proud to be moving into my new community home building at Orenda. Cladia was such a great professional help by giving me a tour of the building and its amenities. My favorite part of the tour was the clean Gym and rooftop with working grill and flat top that I'm excited to use. I also loved the cleanliness of the outdoor doggy area and lobby area. Orenda at Othello has been our favorite place we’ve lived! The staff make the building feel special — Claudia, Aimee, and Sette are especially kind and welcoming. They make the building fun, host thoughtful activities, and are always so sweet to our kids, who love seeing them. I’m entering my 3rd year at Orenda and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The staff is amazing and very professional. Everything that I’ve needed help with has been resolved quickly. I enjoy the rooftop and the gym and the shopping close by. The light rail is really convenient for flying out of town.
My family faces consistent harassment, poor communication, and unfair treatment by the "resident specialist", Claudia. She is incredibly rude and overbearing, and seems intent to find any reason she can to get in our business. I barely feel safe posting a review about this because I'm sure she'll find some way to twist this into a reason to harass us further, but since the building wants to fish for "feedback" via public reviews so badly (obviously they really just want their SEO ratings to increase), here's mine: Claudia ma... read more
