Orenda at Othello has been our favorite place we’ve lived! The staff make the building feel special — Claudia, Aimee, and Sette are especially kind and welcoming. They make the building fun, host thoughtful activities, and are always so sweet to our kids, who love seeing them. My husband and I recently moved out of Orenda after living there for a couple of years. We were responsible residents—always paying rent on time and following all property policies. During our time there, we had a good relationship with Claudia and the rest of the staff. However, our experience took a negative turn after our lease ended. Woooww!! I am super excited, happy and proud to be moving into my new community home building at Orenda. Cladia was such a great professional help by giving me a tour of the building and its amenities. My favorite part of the tour was the clean Gym and rooftop with working grill and flat top that I'm excited to use. I also loved the cleanliness of the outdoor doggy area and lobby area. I’m entering my 3rd year at Orenda and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The staff is amazing and very professional. Everything that I’ve needed help with has been resolved quickly. I enjoy the rooftop and the gym and the shopping close by. The light rail is really convenient for flying out of town.
I appreciate Claudia, Aimee and Sett for their contagious positive energy! Always smiling and happy and it makes for a more positive living environment. The resident events are fun and a welcome addition that have helped me stay positive during a difficult time of year for me. Thank you for all you do! Stay awesome 🙂
