If you rent a property managed by Jim Rostel and Orenco Property Management you are in trouble. To start, they do not disclose items that do not work in the rental property. If you request repairs, you will be told you will have to pay for the repair if Jim Rostel determines it was not broken. Document the condition of the home thoroughly. Orenco will claim you caused damage and take away your deposit. We were told we killed tow plants; Orenco charged us to replace 6 plants.
