The owner is very nice but I was only able to choose one hair color - she would not do all over color and foils.
I have been jogging past this place for weeks and since I was looking for an alternative to Bishop's (too expensive with uneven results) I figured I would give Orenco Barber and Beauty a try. I'm glad I did! I popped in on a rainy Saturday morning with no appointment and Ann sat me right down and went to work. A great haircut by a friendly and professional individual.
